However I do not have the day off, which is okay because there was no traffic this morning and I'm okay with that.
A couple of weeks ago we got our first Trader Joe's here in Houston and another location is set to open soon! I had been waiting to get my shop on, so on Saturday I decided to visit!
It was a lot smaller than I imagined, but a very unique store! The place was packed so I made sure to pick up key items I had heard about from other people! I also recommend not getting a cart your first time....I got the hand basket and I'm glad I did because there are so many products that you will want to try! Let's just say I had a list of 8 items and came home with $50 worth of stuff...you get the idea!
Below are a few of my favorite items I picked up-
I cannot wait to try these!
Trio pack of goat cheese, please and thank you!
The complete salad is a MUST! I loved it!
All in all it was a great trip! I cannot wait to try all of my items and go shopping again!
Today is also one of my best friends birthday!! Happy Birthday Nicole!! After a year in Alaska, we are all so happy to have you home!! Hope you have a great day today!

ReplyDeleteWe just got our first one a couple months ago here too and I am obsessed!! I will have to try one of those complete salads, looks yummy!
ReplyDeleteYay what fun times! I agree, I would have liked to of had today off to celebrate Mr Columbus lol
ReplyDeleteI live right by the TJ and have yet to make it there; I've got to do that!
Happy Birthday Nicole! & I have never seen a TJ's! Is it like other grocery stores or is there something different in them?
ReplyDeleteThey have some unique products and majority of them are TJ brand! The best part is their prices, they make sure you get great deals!
