Say Cheese!

This weekend I made Greg his dinner! Thank you to everyone who made suggestions, there were so many choices! To see all of the choices click here! He ended up picking the stuffed shells (YES) and I was pretty excited because I really like them. If there is one thing Greg and I never get tired of eating.....it's cheese!

We started out with a cheese plate and wine!

I thought that I would take pictures of the step by step process, but I was so preoccupied cooking that I failed to document any of it. However it was really easy to make and I'm glad I experimented with the pesto and ricotta (I used regular, not the skim)! The recipe I used was the one I pinned last Wednesday and you can find it here!

This picture turned out okay, thanks to the iPhone.

I used fresh basil from my herb garden for garnish!

TADA!

What's a cheesy night with out some CHEESECAKE!

We also watched The Hunger Games! I'm looking forward to making more dinners soon!
